Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Provided credit card will be pre-authorized and charged on the day of booking.
For your own security, full name and surname must be on the reservation. The credit card holder's name is obligatory and must be the same as guest name on the reservation, the authorization code for a money transaction will be required within 48 hours after bookings have been made to guarantee the reservation upon arrival to Egypt. The remaining payment can be processed locally and will require:
* A copy of your passport.
* A copy of both sides of your credit card with your own signature.

PRICES
All Vantage Travel International packages are priced according to the different seasons, package contents, and accommodation category (ie. 3, 4, or 5 stars, etc.).
Individual Bookings:
Vantage Travel International requires a 25% deposit of the total tour package price at the time of booking. or 50% for Christmas, New Year's, and Easter bookings. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival either on with cash or by credit card (should be Visa or Master Card).
Group Bookings:
Vantage Travel International requires a 50% deposit of the total tour package price at the time of booking for groups not less than 16 persons, The remaining balance of 50% will need to be paid six weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date to Egypt.
TRAVEL DELAYS:
A. Vantage Travel International will not be held responsible for any travel delays that occur before your arrival to Egypt.
B. During your stay in Egypt, Vantage Travel International will not be held responsible for delays caused by technical issues, strikes, bad weather, or any reason beyond our control. In some cases, also we maybe forced to alter the tour itinerary to accommodate such unforeseen delays and/or changes. In this case, no refunds will be given for alterations unless you miss one of your tours.
C. Refunds for unused Services:
In the case of changing your mind, no refund will be paid for unused services included in your tour. Suppliers like hotel, cruises, airlines, transport, tour guides do not refund Vantage Travel International so Vantage Travel International will not be able to refund you.
D. Representatives and Egyptologist/Tour Guides:
Vantage Travel International provides all clients with a Local Representative to meet you at airports and hotels, as well as a licensed guide for your tours, unless it is not included in your package.
E. Hotel/Cruises:
Vantage Travel International reserves the right to switch hotel/cruise accommodations at any time, but ensures the switch will be made to the same category of hotel/cruise available at that time.
F. Passports/Visas:
Travellers are responsible to have a valid passport, entry visa, travel documents and to meet health requirements upon arriving to Egypt. For more information please contact the nearest Egyptian embassy.
G. Liabilities:
Vantage Travel International will make every effort to ensure that all travel arrangements and services, connected to the tour, will be carried out as specified. However, in some instances we do not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and we do not accept liability for errors and omissions of such suppliers.
H. Cancellation:
All cancellations must be made in writing to us prior to your departure date. A cancellation fee will be charged based on the percentage of the total tour price. In the event that you should cancel after your departure date, no portion of the tour price will be refunded.
Cancellation fees:
- 25% of the total will be charged if you cancel your reservation between 35 and 21 days before the date of the tour.
- 50% of the total will be applied if you cancel your reservation between 21 and 7 days before the date of the tour.
- 100% of the total will be charged if you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before the date of the tour.
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
I. Tour Price Does Not Include:
The tour price does not include international and/or domestic airfares, airport taxes, cost of entry visas and/or any travel document, phone calls, laundry services, meals, beverages, and any other item of a personal nature unless it is shown in the itinerary presented to you.
J. Special Requests:
Please specify any special requests you may have at the time of your booking. We will accept your personal requests with your understanding that we will make every effort to comply. Although, we cannot guarantee that they will be met.
K. Responsibility Waiver:
Vantage Travel International acts as a tour operator only. Our tours and arrangements are the sole property of Vantage Travel International and cannot be reproduced in any form. In addition, Vantage Travel International will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or any other irregularity that may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle, accident, or any other form of error or default of any company and/or person engaged in conveying passengers, carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith.
L. Airline Responsibility:
For packages that include international air, Please note air tickets are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON CHANGEABLE and/or subject to heavy penalty for any changes in name, date etc.
International airfares included with some of our tours or added based on your request, are based on non-refundable, non-changeable terms and fares, no matter if it is a business class or first class, which are offered at steeply discounted rate to you. If you must change or cancel your international airline reservations after we have issued your airline tickets, you will be responsible for any and all airline rebooking fees or cancellation penalties, which may equal the full original cost of the ticket(s).
Any airline ticket issued by a given airline, during your tour, will be considered the sole contract between the airline and the passenger name appearing on the ticket.
M. Information and recommendation:
We recommend that you obtain travel insurance prior to your departure.
A baggage allowance of approximately 20 kilograms per person is permitted on international and domestic flights.
We recommend that you obtain an international drivers license prior to your departure, if you intend to drive.

Please note that Vantage Travel International is not responsible for luggage damage/ loss, transportation or flight delay and duty of checking or verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for each destination, and all safety and security conditions during the length of the proposed travel, including but not limited to accidents, heath issues, sickness, dangers from diarrhea, food poisoning, and any other food-borne illnesses; travellers assume the duty of taking steps to avoid or counteract these and other illnesses which are among the inherent risks of foreign travel.
